Ceremonial Bodywork is a way of working with the body, recognising the depth of wisdom and memory that each body holds.

It is a space to journey within .... to reconnect with parts of ourselves that may have become lost or fragmented through this lifetime, ancestrally or through past lives.

Through touch, presence, energy and ceremony, I hold a space for you to journey inward and listen to what your body may be ready to show you.

A coming home to yourself.

What happens in a session?

Every session is different, because every person and every body is different.

We begin by creating a space to arrive, slow down and connect with what is present for you.

The bodywork itself is intuitive and ceremonial, working with touch, stillness, breath, energy and presence.

There is no need to perform, achieve or have the answers.

You are invited simply to be with yourself and allow the journey to unfold.

Like being wrapped in a cocoon of mother's love, I offer a space where the parts of you that have been lost, forgotten or fragmented can be met with compassion.

There is no fixing and no forcing.

Simply a gentle invitation to come home.
