Private sessions are booked personally with Louise via WhatsApp. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule; sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged in full, as the time is held exclusively for you.

Retreat places are secured with a non-refundable deposit. Remaining balances are due as set out on the retreat page. If Soul144 must cancel a retreat, all payments including deposits are refunded in full. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Course and audio access is for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced or resold.

Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from purchase, are non-refundable and may be used against any Soul144 service, course or retreat.

You remain responsible for your own wellbeing and for disclosing relevant health information before bodywork. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
