Confidentiality is not a legal add-on here ... it is the foundation of trauma-informed practice.
When you contact Soul144, book a session, join a waitlist, download an audio or subscribe to the newsletter, we collect only what is needed: your name, email address, phone number and any message you choose to share.
Your details are used solely to respond to you, deliver what you requested (bookings, audios, newsletters, retreat information) and, where you have opted in, to send occasional gentle updates. We never sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Anything shared within a session remains confidential. Clinical notes are minimal, stored securely and never shared, except where required by law or to prevent serious harm.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Soul144 never sees or stores your card details.
Under UK GDPR you may request a copy of your data, correction or deletion at any time. Email info@soul144.com and we will act promptly.
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used. No advertising cookies are set.
