A return to womb, heart and voice
There is a place within us that remembers.
Beneath the conditioning, the old stories, the patterns we have inherited and the ways we have learned to leave ourselves .... there is a deeper knowing.
This ceremony is an invitation to come back into that place.
To soften what has been held there.
To release old ties, attachments and patterns that are ready to be witnessed and let go.
We will journey through breath, embodiment and ancestral healing .... gently meeting what has been carried through the feminine line, while remembering that we do not have to carry it forward.
And as the old layers begin to clear, we make space to hear ourselves again .... our truth, our desires, our knowing, our voice.
We will explore the sacred alignment of the Holy Trinity 🌹🌹🌹 .... womb, heart and voice.
The womb as the place of creation and deep embodied knowing.
The heart as the place of love, feeling and connection.
The voice as the expression of what is true within us.
When these three begin to speak together, something shifts.
We no longer create from what is expected of us.
We begin to create from who we truly are.
This is where the Creatress awakens.
And perhaps the deepest reclamation is not simply releasing the old .... but giving ourselves permission to hear our truth, feel our truth and speak our truth — and then create from there.
