As a modern-day Medicine Woman, my work bridges the seen and unseen — blending the ancient wisdom of healing traditions with grounded, contemporary approaches for the modern soul.

Over the past 25 years, I have trained and qualified in many forms of Bodywork, Energy Healing, Hypnotherapy, and EFT, weaving them into a cohesive, intuitive practice that honors the body as the temple of the soul.

My deepest passion is to share this wisdom — to guide others home to their own healing gifts. I hold Meditation and Spiritual Development Groups, Women’s Healing Ceremonies, and Retreats that create sacred spaces for awakening, remembrance, and connection.

At the heart of my work is The Sacred Art of Bodywork — my signature teaching and most soul-aligned offering to date. This esoteric and practical course invites massage therapists and healers to deepen their practice through the integration of sound, breath, touch, energy, and soul guidance. It is a sacred weaving of technique and intuition — a path of remembrance through the body.

Each offering is an expression of devotion — to healing, to embodiment, and to the awakening of the sacred within all beings.
